By using the Proximity app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be 16 years or older to use this App. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Location Data

You consent to Proximity collecting and using your device’s location to show nearby users. You can disable location sharing in your device settings, but the App may not function properly without it.

3. User Conduct & Content Policy

You agree to:

• Use the App respectfully and legally.

• Not post, share, or send any content that is obscene, offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.

• Not harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate others.

• Not use the App for harmful, illegal, or abusive activities.

Zero Tolerance: Proximity has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Accounts that violate this policy may be removed without notice.

4. Reporting & Blocking

Proximity provides in-app tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. We encourage you to use these tools to help keep the community safe.

5. Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for any real-life interactions that result from using the App. Proximity does not verify user identities and is not liable for any loss, harm, or injury that may occur through the use of the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
